General Questions:
Q: How do I get more money in my bank account?
A: Simply put, the more enemies you defeat, the more money you'll have in your account. Spend some
time fighting enemies and leveling up, and you should have enough to afford whatever you need.
Q: I can't beat this one enemy/these enemies!
A: Don't forget that Teddy Bears, Bottle Rockets, and items that heal your entire party, such as
pizzas, make tough enemies and bosses much easier to deal with!
Q: What is the "disappearing enemy trick"?
A: This is an awesome technique to use if you see an enemy or group of enemies you don't want to fight.
To utilize this trick, just walk away from the enemy sprite
until it's off-screen, then go back to see if it has disappeared. If it hasn't, you probably didn't walk
far enough. Try again.
Q: Is there any way to get King to rejoin my party?
A: Unfortunately, no. After the meteor sequence at the beginning of the game, King becomes frightened and doesn't want to leave the house anymore. His presence in your party was only temporary.
Q: I need better weapons for Jeff, but I can't find them anywhere! What do I do?
A: Try collecting "Broken" items and leaving them in Jeff's inventory. Then, go rest at a nearby Hotel. If Jeff's IQ
level is high enough, he'll fix the "Broken" items into something useful. Often these items can be equipped as Jeff's
weapons. Visit the Item-Fixing Guide for more information.
Q: What does Poo's Mirror move do? It never works!
A: Poo's Mirror gives him the ability to turn into other enemies for the duration of the battle, however it doesn't have a very high success rate and it can't be used on boss enemies. You're probably better off never using it. If you do choose to use it and it does work, don't be alarmed when Poo starts making his own decisions for what to do next. Once Poo has taken the form of an enemy, you'll lose control him for the duration of his transformation and he'll attack on his own.
Q: Does Poo ever get his own equipment?
A: Yes. Poo has his own unique equipment that is very hard to obtain. The items and where to find them are as follows:
- Sword of Kings - Obtained from Starman Supers in the Stonehenge Base (extremely rare)
- Bracer of Kings - Obtained from a gift box in Pink Cloud
- Cloak of Kings - Obtained from a gift box in the Lost Underworld
- Diadem of Kings - Obtained from a gift box in Lumine Hall
Q: Is there any way to reduce the price of the items in Summers?
A: Sadly, no. If you are tight on cash, it might be a good idea to skip the equipment upgrades in Summers altogether.
Scaraba has some of the same items, only cheaper.
Q: I'm a cheapskate! Are there any free rest areas in the game?!

- Ness' house (talk to Ness' Mom)
- Behind the Onett Arcade (Talk to Frank)

Game-Related Questions:
Q: Do I get anything special for buying the house west of Onett?
A: Don't bother saving up for the house early on in the game, as nothing useful is obtained for purchasing it.
If you really want to see the inside, come back later on when you have some spare cash.
Q: Do I really have to invest $200 each in Apple Kid and Orange Kid's inventions?
A: Apple Kid is essential to the game's progression, so investing your hard-earned $200 into his inventions is a must.
However, the only thing you really get from investing in Orange Kid's work is a headache.
Q: I got the Franklin Badge but how do I equip it?
A: You don't equip it, just keep it in the inventory of the person you want it to protect
against lightning attacks. This is a must for the battle with Carpainter and also very useful when
fighting enemies in the Twoson department store, Pink Cloud, and Magicant.
Q: I can't get into Master Belch's Secret Base! What do I do?
A: Talk to all the Mr. Saturns in Saturn Valley - one will tell you to "wait three seconds". Then head behind the
waterfall north of the entrance to town. When the text "Say the password!" appears on screen, put down the controller.
Do not touch the controller. After a few minutes, you'll be let into the base.
Q: I'm completely lost in Moonside! What do I do?
A: Try to make your way to the sailor by the neon Monotoli Building. Make sure you talk to him. Now talk to some of
the surfer guys who warp you around. Eventually, you'll wind up in a room with an invisible man. He's the person
with the gold tooth and connected eyebrows the sailor guard is looking for. Once he joins you, head back to the
sailor and talk to him. He and the invisible man will walk away. You can now go check out what's by the building's
entrance.
Q: I gave the Pencil Eraser to Paula right before she was kidnapped at the department store!
A: Give Escargo Express a call. If you don't have their number yet, try calling Mom first.
Q: How do I get into the Stoic Club? They won't let me in!
A: You can't get into the Stoic Club without calling the secret phone number first. You need to go to the far eastern side of the town where all the condos are. Inside one of them is a man who will give you the secret phone number. After he gives it to you, call the number, then head to the Stoic Club. They will let you in.
Q: How do I progress through Poo's Mu training? His master keep sending a messenger to make him go back!
A: Don't listen to the messenger, she's only trying to distract you. Stay seated when she tries to call you away, and soon after your true test will begin.
Q: How do I keep from losing HP in Deep Darkness?
A: You can't. Walk quickly and use Lifeup or healing items to keep your party alive.
