When you first go in, you'll see a little mouse. He'll hint about a strange piano hidden inside the house. This piano is said to play a strange melody, so you ought to check it out. Also be sure to start dropping Bread crumbs if you have some, as the house is large.

The foes in the house have mixed difficulties. You'll sometimes encounter simple Ghosts (like the ones from Podunk) or their souped-up versions: Alarm Ghosts. These guys call for help frequently and bring an army of followers to their aid. Take them down fast so they don't get the opportunity!

Dust Balls explode upon dying, but barely ever attack if you leave them be. It's best to run from them to conserve precious HP/PP.

Don't let your guard down! The Nasty Zombies and Armors hit especially hard, and if they get consecutive SMAAAASH hits, you could find yourself dead in no time. The Armors are especially dangerous, so don't feel bad fleeing or using 4th-D Slip, as it could save your hide.

As you walk through the expanse of rooms, you'll get ghostly taunts here and there. Disregard them and just continue on through the house. The piano's room lies deep in the house, but to get to it easily, travel Up at the first choice of 2 doors, then Up and the second, then Down at the third and Down at the fourth.

Inside the piano's room is a Life Up Cream. Pocket it and Check the piano to learn a new melody. It's been a while since you added to your repertoire!

While your business here is done, you might want to spend some time levelling. The foes aren't terribly difficult if you've been keeping up with the guide's recommendations, and the Alarm Ghosts and Bionic Bats provide nice experience. Getting Ana to about level 18 would be ideal (the boys will be fine level-wise when she gets to that level).
