You'll soon find that this dungeon is divided into two areas -- the upper and lower levels of the dungeon. Each possesses its own unique attributes, yet no one level is continuous. Rather, you'll find yourself going back and forth between levels to eventually reach the Sanctuary Boss.
The upper level will be where you ultimately find the boss. On this level you will face mostly Fobbies. These are little orange dudes that like to gang up in groups of three or more. They're exceptionally useful for leveling up, so be sure to spend a good amount of time fighting these guys. They drop quickly and yield a nice sum of experience points.
On the lower level are more dangerous enemies. Pay particularly close attention to the Uncontrollable Sphere enemies here - they hold another one of those 1/128 items. If you want to play the odds, you have the chance of getting a Broken Parabolic, which becomes the Gaia Beam - Jeff's strongest weapon - when fixed. Just be aware that they'll explode when you defeat them. It might be a good idea to come back for the item later in the game.

Another item of interest in this dungeon is the Diadem of Kings. This is another item in Poo's equipment set, and this one increases his Luck and weakens enemy PSI attacks. To get it, head all the way to the far left when you first enter the dungeon and go down the hole with the ladder. Continue south, go up the ladder and continue to the right to find the gift box. Poo's equipment is essential to his success, so it's recommended you get it.
The most direct path through this cave is to start from the entrance and proceed up and to the right. The Fobbies won't pose much trouble. Head down the ladder you come to, then continue on the path around. Take the ladder farthest up, and you'll arrive on the upper level again. Head left and you'll find the Electro Specter boss.
Basically, go to Ladder D, then Ladder F, then go left.
Electro Specter may seem tough, but fear not! As before, make use of any Multi Bottle Rockets you have in stock -- but watch out! He starts out with a psychic power shield, so use a Shield Killer or Neutralizer to eliminate it first. After that, just wail away with your MBRs and PSI Rockin' γ or Ω. Just keep attacking and healing if necessary, and you should mop the floor with him in no time.
Once you're done with Electro Specter, head past the Shining Spot and drop down into the hole. You'll arrive at the 7th Your Sanctuary location, Lumine Hall, where Ness will witness his thoughts being transposed onto the wall like a large Lite Brite machine. After you collect the melody, keep heading left and drop into the hole you come across. You'll plummet head-first into the next and nearly final area of the game -- the Lost Underworld.
